We are seeking a Booth Worker to join our team and help us connect with potential customers at various events and exhibitions.
Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary)
Compensation: Commission and Hourly Wage
Position Overview:
As a Booth Worker at ShelfGenie, you will be responsible for representing our brand and engaging with potential customers at trade shows, home expos, and other events. Your primary objective is to generate leads and book appointments for our design consultations and installation services. This role requires excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with people to showcase the benefits of ShelfGenie's innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with event attendees to create interest in ShelfGenie's products and services.
Educate potential customers about the advantages of pull-out shelves and our custom solutions.
Collect contact information and follow up with leads to schedule design consultations.
Maintain an organized booth display and promotional materials.
Provide information about our pricing, special promotions, and financing options.
Keep accurate records of leads and appointments booked.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Basic understanding of home organization and storage solutions is a plus.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is a bonus.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, which includes a combination of an hourly wage and generous commissions for appointments booked and converted into sales.
